Allow me first to send a special thank you to Mr Saad at the reception, he is absolutely amazing and the right man to represent your hotel, he extended his support to my family and this was a kind gesture and high level of professionalism. The stay was great , rooms are clean 👌 and the breakfast buffet was good 👍. Thank you

Been here for more than a month at room 208. Great serve from room service Abu Khair. Also many thanks for chef Pio galas. He try his best to fullfill asian taste. me and some Indonesian guys and really appreciate his effort to make the “sambal penyet”. even it was a small portion, but we really appreciate it.

A wonderful super room i stayed in for 4 days it was fantastic the restaurant doesn't have that much taste but that's okay they had lulu mall inside the hotel that's a best idea of this hotel to describe and i had super delicious food in lulu mall and coming to the Wyndham stay the room were so clean but only problem I had they don't keep enough water and the room service guy is too annoying they are not trained in how to treat customers but the people in reception there was one guy and a women they were so polite and so helpful in guiding the customers for the stay i don't know the name of that women but she welcomes everyone like their family I wish I could have just asked her name but what to do it's KSA right we respect women and their privacy but anyways Thank you so much for good experience and try to improve something better in food and water inside the rooms .

We tried the lunch buffet and the food tastes great. There are very few main course and salad options. Chef Ashwaq was very kind and welcoming, and took our feedback into consideration.

The hotel's location and rooms are very neat and clean, which I appreciated. However, I had a disappointing experience with the reception. When I called the reception, they did not answer despite my repeated attempts. It took them 40 minutes to respond the first time. Later, when I called again just to request water, I faced the same lack of responsiveness and am still waiting. This level of service from the reception was quite frustrating and needs improvement.
