Absolutely amazing .. this hotel exceeded all expectations. The property is stunning, beautifully designed and immaculately clean. The service was seamless from check-in to check-out. The room was cleaned and organized perfectly every single day. I was always impressed by the attention to detail—from the neatly made bed to the refreshed towels. The housekeeping staff were incredibly polite and professional. They always making sure that my room was spotless. I deeply appreciate the level of care and consistency in the service. A special shoutout to Winnie - housekeeping —she did a great job. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered a good view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-tier. If I had one small suggestion, it would be for the restaurant staff to smile a little more. The service was efficient and the food was great, but a friendly smile can go a long way in making guests feel even more welcome.

So, if someone told me that they traveled to Kuwait, for the sole purpose of staying at this hotel, I would completely understand. About six months out of the year, I sleep away from home. I've stayed at many of the nicest hotels in the world and this is as good or better than any of them. The entire staff, but particularly Emmanuel and the concierge team went out of their way to see that every need was met/exceeded. As an HH Diamond member, I greatly appreciate them, thanks!

So we stayed for 6 days, this hotel was amazing, staff, food and service was exceptional. We have stayed in nice hotels around the world and this is one of the top ones. The Spa and facilities were spectacular. Special thanks to Ram and Bhagat who looked after us throughout our stay, from every detail and turn down etc. AMAZING 👏 🤩 Thank You!

For everyone thank you for the good service. Waldorf Astoria Kuwait is one of the iconic Forbes 5 star hotel it was great time with this hotel. Definitely we will come back .. 2 stars not because I dislike it in general. Its pretty and luxurious BUT at the same time; its a long story but to make it short: there's this staff that's NOT friendly and approachable. No idea if its because I'm a nanny; I explained that my employer had a table there and still did not let us, and asking to show proof that they were inside already. And the way he talked to me is way different from other customer or Madams.
