Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

I absolutely loved my stay here! They did some decoration and cake for my mums birthday. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good too. Its in a good location. I honestly can’t fault it.

I went on a holiday with my family and we absolutely loved our stay here. This was my parent’s first holiday and they were so impressed by the wide range of breakfast options, the cleanliness of the room and the facilities. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was brilliant - only a two minute walk from Hagia Sophia. I would definitely recommended this hotel and we will be returning!

Hotel is strategically located and the ambience is good. Hotel staff is cordial. Mr Ayhan and Mr Atalay were very courteous and helpful at the time of check-in and also during the stay. This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel at Istanbul. Hopefully I will visit this hotel again in future

Location is 10☆ and the service was wonderful. We really enjoyed the breakfast here every morning. People went out of their way to make sure you were happy. They decorated our room beautifully on my birthday and left a delishious piece of bday cake for me❤️

Location is good and the rooms are clean but thats where the positives end. Most of the 5 star reviews seem fake, which seems to be a common thing for all places around this part of the town. This is at best a 3 star hotel. The basic things you need for a pleasant stay- a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, functional shower, air conditioned room, staff with good local recommendations - all were missing. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, the pillows really thick and again extremely firm which made it hard to sleep. On top of that, the building is centrally air conditioned which means even when it’s warm outside in the winter, they are pumping out really hot air into your room which makes it really hot and stuffy. There is no way to set the temperature in your room - something that even a 3 star hotel would offer. Also the curtains in the room don’t fully close, so it gets very bright as soon as the sun rises. All in, they made for a really bad sleep, something which is a basic requirement of any decent hotel. Regarding the shower- temperature of the water randomly fluctuates so that if you are having a warm shower it will suddenly get freezing cold and then boiling hot without any warning every few minutes. On top of that, we lost all water in the room during our final day, without any fix as it seemed to be a problem with the entire building. Now the staff- while friendly and seemingly helpful, no matter what recommendation you ask them, they will always push you to use one of the 2-3 services they are partnered with. The answer to any activity related question is to use their cruise and the answer to any restaurant related question is to use the galata restaurant with the free shuttle. No effort to give any genuinely helpful recommendations tailored to your needs or dietary preferences. Could have been a good stay but very poorly managed hotel and would not recommend at all.
