What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and checkout is at 12:00.
Do I need a photo ID at check-in?
A passport is required from all non-UK Resident checking into the hotel. A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for UK Residents.
Can I smoke in my room?
As part of local regulations we do not allow smoking internally and this applies to guest bedrooms too.
Do you have a fitness centre?
What are the opening hours? We do have a fitness centre on-site which is open 24 hours for residents of the hotel and members of Blue Marlin Ibiza. You'll find it on level -3.
Do you have a business centre?
There is no business centre on site but please do speak with our Junction Team (Reception Team) and we will do our best to assist with any requests.
