TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basın Ekspres

I recently ( March, 2025 ) had the pleasure of staying at TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Ekspres – The Employes: Fatih Demir, Dogan Ozen, Fatih Calak, Sinan Aksu, Volkan Ozcan, Ekrem Ince and Nobetci Mudur, all are incredibly professional, friendly and the kindest people!!! Thank you EACH and everyone of YOU and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, every employee I encountered was kind, compassionate, and attentive beyond measure. Front Desk: The front desk team greeted me with warm smiles and made the check-in process seamless. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Housekeeping: The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they were always courteous and respectful. Restaurant: The restaurant staff provided outstanding service, making each meal a delightful experience. They were attentive to dietary preferences and ensured that every guest felt valued and cared for. Concierge: The concierge team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, offering excellent recommendations and assisting with reservations and transportation. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maintenance: The maintenance staff promptly addressed any issues with a friendly demeanor, ensuring that everything in the hotel functioned perfectly. Spa: The spa employees were professional and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced my overall experience. Every area of the hotel was staffed by individuals who genuinely cared about the guests and their well-being. Their kindness, compassion, and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Ekspres to anyone seeking a truly remarkable and hospitable experience.

Customer service perfect 10/10 Breakfast perfect 20/10 Room perfect 9/10 Location was good close to out let mall and few other malls Just far from Istanbul bridge but can go with uber/ subway (10 min walk) or bus Overall 10/10 So happy about it . Will definitely go there if I wanted to go Istanbul again . Thanks again for your friendly staff there. ++++

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. There were a couple of small issues during my stay, but when I raised them, Mr. KÖNEY and the team responded promptly and handled everything professionally. I really appreciated their quick action and care. Thanks to them, my overall experience was excellent.

This is a 3 star hotel, service needs significant improvement. We had no shower gel, toilet paper, bath soap in our rooms. English amongst the staff is not great, considering it's a British franchise, we were surprised. It is also further from the city, we paid 700 TL for a one way trip into the city. We stayed here for 2 weeks, was a costly holiday. Rather spend the extra money to stay closer. Also during peak season the traffic to and from the hotel will be unbearable.

The hotel room is clean and spacious; the food variety for breakfast is amazing; the spa is nice, too! Peterhahn from Service Restaurant is an excellent professional; amazing English skills, very proactive and service oriented! My experience w the reception was - unfortunately - not too nice: I asked them for an info; actually just to confirm my plan of going by bus to the city - and wanted to ask if the surroundings sre fine to walk over the station etc; instead of listened they wanted to sell me a high priced taxi transportation; they said metro n bus are complicated; they even said that the bus I chose doesnt exist; although i showed him on my phone and had the info confirmed of my local friend; he got disrespectful asking if i want to believe him; the internet or my friend He added that the bus wont work with card; that i would need metro card and that even him he cant take a bus because its too complicated He added that noone says the stations inside; would be difficult for me.. dangerous he even said.. english not available and i would not b able to identify the station i need to get out.. since i am travelling since years around this region etc I just felt the lies in the air - I didnt like it at all; the whole attitude is unacceptable - im a guest of the property and shouldnt be lied to! Spa employees very kind friendly / got massage / the massage was not exactly 60min - she finished 12min earlier.. a pity. Good pressure & very kind lady. Someone smoked in the rooms toilet that was disgusting due to the really bad smell. Fyi: reception said spa would anyhow close and I dont need to go there at 9pm - thankfully I went & even got a treatment..
