Triumph Luxury Hotel

Staff are great especially Mai from Guest Care, and Farah from Reception. Food is great. Lobby is huge and spectacular. Pool and Gym are amazing. Security is awesome 24/7 focused. I recommend everyone to put this hotel as No.1 in the list. You will never regret that. Simply 7 Stars hotel.

Rooms cleanliness was very evident, location was great for where I needed to be but if you’re looking for tourism it’s not very near a lot of the stuff you need to see but convent it for those who have work in or around the 5th settlement. Staff at reception did not live up to the Egyptian hospitality standards to be honest but everyone else did. Overall it was a very good stay there

This was as usual a very good experience. From preparing of my stay, room reservation, checking-in till checking out. Team as usual are very professional and this time the care was greater than every time with the support of Ms. Lina and her great team including Mr. Mohamed, Mr. Yaser and Mr. Hamza. This is always my choice when visiting Egypt. Appreciation to the team and the hotel Guest Management.
