TME Retreats Dhigurah

We stayed 2 weeks at TME Retreats Dhigurah. Everything from the room to the service made our stay relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end. The breakfast food and service were exceptional, reasonable prices, great variety and friendly and professional staff. They adjusted to our varied schedule and did so with class. The lobby staff were most helpful as well, providing the water we needed and responding to any issues we had, without complaint and with a friendly smile. House keeping came and cleaned every morning and made sure we were comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and we highly recommend TME!

Absolutely amazing experience. What makes it totally worthwhile is the service, professionalism and hospitality of each and every member of the staff. Super responsive, cordial and cooperative. You can be certain of more than a great time at your stay with this hotel. Location is also top notch, with the beach and numerous activities literally at the hotel’s doorstep. Very very affordable and convenient. Hoping everyone’s experience is as enjoyable as mine. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean place. Our room was cleaned every day. A spacious lobby with a billiard table was a good meeting spot. Personel was very helpful and kind. Breakfast - many things to choose from and tasty. Great location - 1/2 minutes walk from the bikini beach.

The place is ok, but don't expect anything fancy. Reception staff is nice. Bed is very comfortable but toilet was full of mold everywhere and shower was dirty. Old looking room overall. Very basic breakfast buffet included. Really so basic and staff in restaurant is rude. Overpriced for what they offer but overall is 'ok'

Review for TME Retreats Maldives I have stayed at TME Retreats three times in the past five years, but unfortunately, it feels like little investment has been made in improving the quality of the accommodation. While some areas have been expanded, the older rooms remain the same—worn out, with bathrooms that are in serious need of renovation. Breakfast is extremely limited in variety—eggs, sausages, jam, pancakes, and a basic salad—while the toaster remained half-functional for all ten days of my stay, which speaks volumes about their attention to guest experience. I paid an additional $25 for lunch, but the food selection was far below any acceptable standard for that price. Considering that many new restaurants have opened nearby, where my partner and I can eat and drink well for the same amount, this is a serious drawback. The only real advantage of this place is its location, but since Dhigurah is a beautiful island, that’s not really their achievement—every location here is great. Overall, TME Retreats may have been a decent option in the past, but now it feels outdated and lacking in guest care, especially given the competition in the area. For the same price, one can find accommodations with better service and a more guest-oriented approach.
