We had a great stay at this hotel! While the building is a bit older, everything was well maintained. The room was comfortable, the beds were super cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly functional—with excellent water pressure in the shower, which is always a bonus. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of Midtown and with great connections to the main attractions. The cleaning service was consistent and thorough, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big plus was that the hotel accepted all our Amazon deliveries without any issues. They also sold chilled bottled water at the front desk, which came in handy after long days out. The laundry room in the basement was another major convenience, especially when traveling with kids. It has three washers and two dryers that work with credit cards—no need for coins. A wash cycle takes 37 minutes and costs \$4, while the dryer is \$3 for 30 minutes. Don’t miss the rooftop restaurant—it was excellent, with delicious food and amazing views of the city. All in all, a solid, well-run, and family-friendly hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location with amazing city views. The staff were friendly & helpful. I wish I had noted the name of the lovely woman that checked us in. The 2 bedroom with terrace was awesome…spacious, clean & well decorated. It pays to be have Sonesta Pass. It was very helpful that the hotel held our bags for us after check out so we could walk to get brunch before we had valet return our car.

Excellent location, great comfortable rooms and very courteous & helpful staff - front of house, porters and room service. A special mention for David who took care of our cases on our last day, very polite and helpful - a real credit to the hotel. Would definitely revisit when next in NYC!

WOW! We have been to the city many times, always staying near Times Square. We wanted to get away from the crowds and we are so glad we did! The beds are the best in town—and queens! View of the ESB and just steps away! But I cannot rave enough about housekeeping!! Everyone was so nice, the rooms were so well taken care of, and they didn’t hesitate to help in any way!! Spoke to the manager, so nice, genuinely wants the hotel to do the best for all. Cannot recommend a better place, especially for the value. Spacious and comfy rooms, great location, and stupendous staff!! Will return! .

The hotel is nice and the staff are really helpful. The room looks as shown, though the kitchenette was missing some clutter. I really loved that it was very quiet in terms of street noise, although you could hear other guests slamming doors. The lobby downstairs has multiple seating areas and is very comfortable. There’s a place to leave your luggage, and the attendant there is very attentive and helpful. The location is okay—it’s about a 4-block walk from the subway. The elevators can be a bit slow during rush hours since they stop on many floors.
