The Ritz Restaurant

Absolutely sublime experience at the Ritz! Every bit as fancy and impressive as it was expensive! Definitely worth it however for taste of food presentation quality and ambiance. We went for my mom’s birthday on 9/16/25 and dined on the 7 course meal. Of note for the course meals everyone in the table has to do the same experience. This delectable delight had the perfect amount of savory and sweet and was definitely good enough portion size to be filling as well. Each course was a culinary delight with robust well paired flavors that lended to the next dish. The service was also outstanding everyone was attentive courteous and well versed on presentation of the dishes. The ambiance was also amazing quite striking elegance in a more intimate setting. They additionally made mention of my mom’s birthday and ensured that this was recognized. I appreciated their hard work and dedication to making my moms birthday meal memorable

Wahhhhh, Sunday lunch at The Ritz. Art des table for 4 people. Started with a warm welcome and clear instructions from the doorman. Rivoli Bar for a cocktail, very helpful member of staff to explain the extensive menu. Cocktails were very good. Then walking through the main halls to the restaurant was beautiful and greeted and brought to our table effortlessly. Introduced to waiters and sommelier and so we began. Stunning amuse bouche, fish cookery and sauces stunning, beef Wellington good, sauces and potatoes amazing. Pre desert stunning and the crepe suzette amazing... Sommelier was possibly the highlight. Warm, welcoming and loved talking, explaing and recommending a few wines. His manner and professionalism was exemplary. What a fantastic experience.

An extraordinary experience. John Williams gained his second Michelin star in February 2025 but we've known this restaurant to be one of the best, if not the best restaurant in London for many years. The dining room is opulent, the service friendly and simply the best anywhere and the kitchen just keeps cooking and presenting some of the best UK food we've ever enjoyed. There's a perfectly reasonable dress code. You will not be disappointed.

We went to the Ritz as a family for my wife’s birthday. We had the Arts de Table menu and it was superb! I was a bit worried about the formality, given dress codes, but it was a relaxed, fun evening. The whole Ritz team are professional, approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. The food was amazing - every course - as were the wines. We loved it and will most certainly come back!

Having enjoyed Afternoon Tea and the Rivoli Bar at the Ritz in the past, I now wanted to try out the restaurant. I visited for the breakfast service. The atmosphere is really fantastic. The coffee, orange juice, English breakfast and Eggs Benedict were very good. The only thing I noticed was that the hash brown was a bit hard on the edges and therefore a little difficult to cut. I would have liked a little more attention to detail with the service. I had to actively ask for a new juice. Otherwise the staff were all very kind. Overall, it was a great experience that I would like to repeat in the future.
