I visited the salon twice, first in mid of July and 2nd in last week. the experience is unbelievable, I got my haircut with ka Yani & ka Frans! they’re amazing— I came with no expectations, but im so happy with the results 🫶🏻 the ambiance also beyond amazing, look at the vibe! + all the staff are super nice, would like to come anytime soon!

I had the most amazing experience today at The Shampoo Lounge with Frans. Frans is incredibly experienced and it truly shows in his work. He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave thoughtful professional advice, and executed the entire process perfectly. The result is exactly what I hoped for… seamless, beautifully covered ashy brown, and so well finished. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. The attention to detail, precision, and confidence in his technique made me feel completely at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation (see before and after!). If you’re looking for someone skilled, professional, and genuinely talented with hair, I highly recommend Frans. I’ll absolutely be back.

OMG! The best haircut 💇 ever! Huge thanks to RAMA @ BALI BARBER 💈 and all the staff! My hair was washed, then dried, cut, then washed again along with a head massage, dried again, then massaged in the cutting chair and finished with some hair product! Absolutely AMAZING! I have never had anything so good! All for $21 Australian 🇦🇺! RAMA - see you next time Brother! 💙

A Beautiful Mother-Daughter Experience at The Meru 💫 To celebrate my daughter heading off to Uni, we treated ourselves to a special day at The Meru, and it was truly unforgettable. We began with a luxurious Kérastase Hair Ritual, an experience that went far beyond hair care. The service was thoughtful, the treatments were tailored to each of us, and we both left feeling deeply nourished, inside and out. Afterward, we enjoyed manicures side by side, which turned into a lovely and emotional moment of connection. Every detail, from the calm atmosphere to the expert care, made us feel completely looked after. The team at The Shampoo Lounge at The Meru brought such warmth and professionalism to the entire experience. It was the perfect way to mark this milestone in our lives. Incredible trim and full head correction on my balayage, added low lights and evened out my highlights by Frans. Honestly the best balayage I have ever had. Incredible! Also has gel manicure and a pedicure the ladies were amazing so thoughtful and carefully cares for my nails. Highly recommend 🤍
