Dining at the Berners Tavern, the hotel’s signature restaurant, is an experience on its own, known for its grand setting and excellent menu. The staff are attentive, polite and professional, always ready to assist with anything from check-in to recommendations around the city. The location in Fitzrovia is central, putting you within walking distance of Soho, Oxford Street and many attractions. The only downside is the premium price, but you are paying for both quality and the unique atmosphere that makes the hotel memorable.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and genuinely cared for. What made this experience so special was the incredible attention to detail and the personalized touches that went above and beyond. Alexis, in particular, made our stay unforgettable, she went out of her way to make our son feel special, creating little moments that lit up his stay. And to top it off, my husband’s birthday was celebrated with a beautifully handwritten note from Nicole at the front desk, a heartfelt gesture we’ll always remember. Every corner of this hotel feels intentionally designed—not just for comfort and beauty, but to make you feel at home. The service was warm and intuitive, the staff kind and attentive, and the atmosphere both relaxing and luxurious. It’s rare to find a place that puts so much heart into everything they do.

I had a wonderful stay at The London Edition. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and offered great quality. What really stood out was the service — from the bellboy to the restaurant staff, concierge, and front desk, everyone was genuinely professional, attentive, and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London.

We all enjoyed our stay here so much! I brought my entire family here for a small week long getaway before the little ones go back to school and I have to say the staff here made it an unforgettable memory! The rooms were pretty cheap, especially for the location. So easy to get around the city. Didn’t have to take the underground fortunately, tons of private for hire options to get around! If you’re planning a getaway in London this is a quaint and lovely place. All 4 of us got two of our own king suites right next to each other for a week. The only thing that could have been better was the room service, I hoped for better caviar, but the prosecco was perfection!

Loved my stay at the Edition. The entire hotel has a rustic feel to it. The lobby bar was always packed with people from the city and I loved the breakfast served at Berners Tavern. The rooms were spacious compared to most London establishments and the hotel is a stone throw away from most hotspots which you would want to visit for food and shopping.
