i had an Amazing stay ! From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were spotless and every little detail was taken care of. Thanks to Rehaf fadhel and Wahib batarfi because they made our stay absolutely memorable and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

One of my favourite hotels in the Middle East and this one always puts me in a good mood. I have dined here and had the pleasure of using their pool area as well as cafe. The service is spectacular and the vibes are 10/10. I usually check in on weekends and I have never experienced any negatives. The cafe on the rooftop and on the ground floor is must for anyone visiting the hotel. The winter periods are the best moments as well.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the warm welcome we received yesterday from the restaurant staff and manager Taha. I want to extend my deepest appreciation to him and his team for their kindness and well-being. In addition to the warm welcome, I would like to thank the chef for preparing delicious meals for us. Mahfouz provided us with outstanding service — very professional, courteous, and refined in his approach. His excellent manner makes me want to come back again. The coffee and the hotel were simply beautiful, truly one of the best hotels in Jeddah
