The Craton Hotel Sisli

The Craton Hotel is located in downtown Istanbul, short walking distance to great restaurants and the metro. Very clean hotel and great service. Our cleaning lady Guluzar made sure our room was taken care of on a daily basis. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Istanbul. Fitness, spa , pool , 24/7 restaurants all available to you with your stay!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Mertcan and Mr. Enes Çekiç, two exceptional members of the reception staff. Their professionalism is of the same standard as that of the most luxurious hotels. They created a welcoming and warm atmosphere, going above and beyond to ensure every guest feels truly comfortable and well cared for. Their attention to detail and efficiency are impressive, and they play a significant role in making my experience at this hotel unforgettable. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but I extended my stay to 8 days, all thanks to their warm and welcoming hospitality. I was supposed to change hotels, but their exceptional service made me decide to stay longer in this hotel. I would also like to highlight the housekeeping staff, who are incredibly meticulous. The rooms are always spotless and impeccably cleaned, maintaining an extremely high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. Impeccable service that I highly recommend.

It’s very great hotel in very appropriate location of Istanbul, you can rich to the subway, metrobüs and bus station in less than 3 minutes of walk. The rooms are always clean and it smells very nice always in lobby, corridors and rooms. The staff are very kind, expert and respectful always. Rooms space are a bit small and have no good views specially rooms which are in northern side. You can use pool from 7 to 22 every day. Breakfast is good and there is a good coffee machine and fresh juices.

Overall I think it was a good experience the rooms were cleaned and the staff was polite. Everybody was fluent in English which made the trip easier. The breakfast was not something extraordinary though.

Definitely not 5 stars. Small, dark and run down. Also, the pool staff (Esra, for example) are quite rude and the management (Yagmur) are indifferent. There are many nicer hotels in the area with similar amenities. I recommend looking around a bit more and avoiding this one.
