Truly exceptional stay — elegant, spotless, and perfectly located. I was genuinely impressed by this hotel. The classic interior design is warm and refined, everything was immaculately clean, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Grand Central Station, the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, and so many great restaurants and bars. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Manhattan.

Great stay. Prices in August of 2025 were crazy cheap. Possibly because they don't have a restaurant yet or maybe because of the season. We noticed the same room is $1,500 in December. We were able to upgrade to a terrace room for $50 which had plenty of space to hang outside and a great view of Lexington. Actually all three terrace rooms we stayed at over the course of a week and a half had two terraces. Some larger than others and some covered. We did have one room that we switched out of that the toilet was so close to the sink it was impossible to sit down with your arms alongside of you. After getting out of that room everything was excellent.

One bedroom king suite. Lovely accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Staff polite, friendly and attentive. The shower-head bar was loose when we arrived, but house-keeping must have had it taken care of, it as it was repaired without us having to report it. A really pleasant experience. Would highly recommended this property.

This place is a hidden gem. Located in the heart of Manhattan. Unusually spacious rooms. We have stayed in many hotels in Manhattan and they are usually cramped and tiny. The rooms are modern and updated. The staff is incredibly pleasant from the doorman, to the bellhop, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff! Everyone was so polite, happy, and nice. They were very welcoming. And... they were so friendly to our doggy and always gave her treats. They offered her bowls and a bed also! This hotel is exceptional! We look forward to our next stay here.

An overpriced hotel for the quality of service. Pros: Very comfortable mattress & plush bedding. Nice views. Spacious suite. A good sized kitchenette in the suite. Cons: Jacked up the valet parking rates from $60/day, at the time of booking, to $85/day, at the time of check-in. The rooms were not clean (dust all over the windows and baseboards - food crumbs, dirt, just overall nastiness under the sofa). Only one bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, and 1/2 box of tissues were in the room when *we* checked in. Had to request additional of all of these items. Located in the path of emergency vehicles (sirens 24/7). Uncomfortable furniture in the living room of the suite. The ironing board was tiny and wobbly, and the iron should have been replaced a long time ago (never got fully hot on the highest setting). A phone call to customer service at 8:00 in the evening to request an extra blanket, did not get returned until 7:00 the following morning. .
