Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

I recently stayed at the Hotel in click tower Swiss maqam Makkah, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the elegance of the hotel left a lasting impression. The breakfast restaurant offered an incredible variety of dishes, catering to all tastes, and the quality was top-notch. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, and the staff made every effort to ensure my comfort. My room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days. One of the highlights is the hotel’s convenient location. The market downstairs is filled with shops offering everything from clothes and dates to chocolates and souvenirs – perfect for anyone needing essentials or gifts. Most importantly, the proximity to the holy mosque made it incredibly easy to attend prayers. This hotel truly offers a luxurious and seamless experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mecca! I would like to especially thank the people who clean my room every day, his name is Tufail and Najim 11th floor and the floor supervisor Mohammed Janoos. He came after cleaning and inquired about the cleaning of our room. Insha Allah, we will come and meet again🥰.

My family, friends and I stayed in 2 rooms (2822 & 3222) with kabaa view for 5 nights. The hotel is great. The reception desk is veru helpful and I can do the early check in without any additional fees. The hotel services are best. Concierge service are awesome .(Amin bellman ) great service .They always ask for what I feel during my stay, the room service is good as well. The meal is best as well and restaurant manager took a good care to our condition. He offered take away meal when my daughter did not have any appetite for sahoor. The name of the supervisor is Monir and he is very thoughtful

They always arrived at times that were convenient for us, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Each day, they replenished supplies, made the bed, and kept the bathroom spotless. I had the pleasure of staying at the Swissotel maqam from 20/3/2025 to 24/3/2025 and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Haram. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets provided. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a great shower and plenty of toiletries. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service from the hotel staff (Specially Mr Kamal). From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. The food was top-notch, and we appreciated the convenient room service options. Overall, I highly recommend the Swissotel maqam to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in makkah. We can't wait to return!
