My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly makes the difference is the amazing staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to the Reservations Team — they were outstanding! Very responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. They made everything smooth and easy. Thank you to the whole team for making my experience so enjoyable. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Dina handled everything with a warm smile and genuine care, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her hospitality truly stood out — she went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met and provided helpful information about the hotel and nearby attractions. This was one of the most illuminating experiences I’ve had since I left HARVARD not only can you wake up each morning exercise breathe pray and do yoga in front of the great pyramids. You will meet some of the nicest people I have ever met on this planet, they’ve helped me learn my Arabic with an accent. They’ve been kind to me, and even when I had an injury, they went out of their way to provide for me. I think specifically of Mohamed The restaurant manager, who brought me both of ice when I needed the bowls of ice to reduce swelling from my injury, I injured my hand and arm. They were so great gracious and helpful, and I am ever they’re debtor and look forward to the time I can come back. I actually wrote my 26/27 and I’m about to do my 28th chapters of my book on lessons from antiquity and the kindness of this staff certainly contributed to my creativity. I also have just finished another chapter of a novel that I’ve been working on, but this is the most conducive environment to productivity, creativity, and even spirituality. I’m also specifically mentioning Dina and Mena and fear. These individuals went out of their way and even Karima who did my room and when I left something of value, she came and got me out of the hallway and made sure that I knew that something of value had fallen in my room they go the extra mile and they not only are professionals. They are my friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, the location was great, and the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The staff were amazing and always ready to help.
