Sonesta Hotel Tower & Casino Cairo

Excellent hotel/resort. All the facilities I required are here. Delicious food, great restaurants, fantastic swimming pool, bank, sauna, massage, night entertainment and spacious clean room. Special thanks to Duty Manager Mohamed and receptionist Selvia for helping me with all of my requests. Nothing was too difficult for them. Appreciated

The main restaurant / the Green house is a cozy and comfy place to have breakfast and dine .. The people serving there are welcoming with smiley faces .. The receptionists are as well understanding and considerate , resolving any issues concerning check in or out , at ease The pool area and the greeneries are well distributed over there .. A place I could honestly recommend for my friends and acquaintances in Egypt or overseas to stay in and enjoy their trip .

The best hotel I've been to in Egypt. The food is very good and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The only downside is that there are long queues at the reception. I think they need to increase the number of staff. But that doesn't stop me from giving it five stars.

I stayed at Sonesta in Cairo and overall had a decent experience. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, helpful staff, and is located relatively close to the airport, which is convenient. There’s also a security guard at the entrance, which added a sense of safety. A big plus is that there are several good restaurants within a 10-minute walk. However, a few things could be improved. I had requested a queen bed, but was told none were available at check-in and was instead offered two twin beds pushed together — not ideal for comfort. The bathroom toilet had an issue where the water kept running and needed to be double flushed. Also, the WiFi was quite slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. That said, I would consider booking again if the WiFi is improved.

We stayed for 1 night. Upon arrival at 15:30, we got a room with 2 beds, we asked the man who delivered our luggage if they will bring an extra bed and he said he will ask at the reception and they'll call us. More than hslf an hour later, still nothing, so we call. They asked "so you're with 3 persons and there are 2 beds, so you need a third bed?" and we said yes. At 17:25, still no call or bed so we call. Very rude woman picked up. I said "hello, we're calling from room 7-" "719 I know" "we're calling because we're with 3 people-" "there is no space for a third bed, give us time to give you a new room". If we we're informed that a different room would be prepared, we wouldn't have called... we got zero infornation fron them. Than they called 5 minutes later that we can go to the different roon with a sofa that can be turned into a bed. We needed to call them again for an extra towel and bed sheets for the third person. The sofa was very hard, I can't imagine staying here more than 1 night on that sofa... We booked for 3 people, why don't we get 3 beds, or at least a confortable sofa? The halls of the rooms smell a little bit of sigarette. The rest of our stay was fine. Standard breakfast buffet. We went to the italian restraunt which we liked a lot! The pool is not very big but there weren't a lot of people when we went, so it was very pleasant. In the elevator is a screen with timetables of the restraunt which aren't correct for example it says lunch starts at 12:30, but the man there said it starts at 13:00 (we thought we would be able to eat before we go to the airport, now we're just waiting since we'll be picked up at 13:00). Make sure you find correct ti.etable instead of looking at those screens.. I normally don't write reviews, but I was actually shocked with the whole room scenario and the lady at the phone being so rude, so I wanted to let other people know.
