I had an amazing experience this hotel .From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay was impressive. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. A special thanks to CHEF PANSILU for their outstanding hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort put into making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I recently stayed at Solymar Hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. First off, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, with a generally bad attitude towards customers. Any request or concern felt like a burden to them, and we were often met with eye-rolls or dismissive answers. The room itself was just as bad. There was a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away, even after leaving the windows open. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room incredibly uncomfortable, especially at night. The bathroom was another nightmare – the shower leaked water all over the floor, making it not only messy but also a slipping hazard. It clearly hadn’t been maintained properly, and no one seemed to care when we reported it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the poor service, the bad smell, faulty air conditioning, bathroom issues, and rude staff, it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Spend your money elsewhere – you deserve better.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which fell far short of even the most basic expectations for a five-star experience. The rooms were dirty, with no housekeeping services provided throughout the stay. The bathroom drainage was blocked, causing water to leak into the bedroom — an issue that persisted for three consecutive days. Despite repeatedly informing the receptionist, I received no resolution. Her response was dismissive, claiming the maintenance team had been informed, but no follow-up was ever made. I had to explain that simply passing on a message is not sufficient — a five-star hotel is expected to ensure issues are resolved promptly and that rooms meet the promised standards. The room itself lacked all basic amenities. Only one towel was provided in a suite, and I had to call multiple times and wait 45 minutes just to receive additional towels. The staff generally lacked any understanding of customer care or luxury service standards. We had booked two sea view executive suites, but only one actually had a view, with no explanation or compensation offered. Overall, the service and conditions were unacceptable and far from the level expected at a luxury and a five star hotel. I would not recommend…

Unfortunately, my experience at Solymar Hotel was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of the staff. Instead of feeling welcomed, I was met with cold and unfriendly treatment, making it seem as if my presence was unwelcome. I also noticed that certain guests received noticeably better service for no apparent reason, which made me feel uncomfortable. When I tried to address the issue with management, they completely ignored my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the situation. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for fair and respectful treatment. There are plenty of other hotels that genuinely value and appreciate their guests, regardless of any background or personal differences.
