Best hotel in Istanbul. Great room, very supportive staff members and clean amenities. Location is awesome too it’s about 5min away from Galata Tower. Shout out to Ferhat, he’s been taking care of my stays very well. I’d definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks 🇯🇵

Very nice boutique, artsy hotel. Great location near Galata tower and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had heated floors.

It is easy to be a great hotel when everything goes right, but a hotel really shows off its greatness when there are hiccups. In my case, the room I originally booked was having a bit of an electricity issue. (Hey, I get it: my newly renovated kitchen also has an occasional glitch with the fancy dimmer lights.) In this case, the problem was nothing big, but the response by staff and management certainly was! We were upgraded into a beautiful courtyard suite (#104) on the spot and without having to ask. We got to keep the upgrade for the next four nights. Past this wonderful demonstration of "crisis" management, the staff showed us compassion and respect at every turn. They were quick with recommendations and helped make sure that everything else in our trip went well, including smoothing the way with an airport transfer service that I arranged while I slept the night before leaving. The neighborhood is cool. The hotel is wonderful. There is a beautiful rooftop restaurant that is well worth your time and money for both the stunning view and excellent food. It is not enough to say that I will certainly stay here anytime I return to Istanbul (an amazing city with great cats!) but I will add that I wish Ruz Hotels was in the US so I could enjoy their service more often. Tops!

Room - Spacious, bed is super comfy, interesting window design to keep sunlight in without sacrificing privacy. Generous complimentary snack bar. Great view from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Beautifully presented set menu breakfast. Service - super friendly staffs, got a birthday surprise from them!

Stunning hotel and wonderful staff. Ali at the front desk treated us so well and made our stay very special. The rooftop restaurant and bar was genuinely one of the nicest places I’ve eaten at in my travels. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul. Can’t wait to come back!
