The Royal Mansour Casablanca is truly a hidden gem in the middle of the city. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality stood out. The Duty Manager was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. We also had dinner at the Moroccan restaurant on the 23rd floor, and it was a highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely brilliant—authentic, homemade, and full of flavor—and the service was just as impressive. A perfect blend of refined luxury, personal warmth, and exceptional dining. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Casablanca.

Royal Mansour is the definition of luxury. The second you step foot in the hotel you are greeted by a team of doormen who quickly whisk away your luggage and direct you to the couch for a Welcome Drink and Check-In Documents. The process is seamless and the staff is truly able to assist with ANY request. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the attention to detail for every single item is immeasurable. Because they found out our Wedding was in two days, they took time to decorate the room with a beautiful floral arrangement and provided an array of snacks. This was the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel in 30+ years. The Fried Eggs with Beef Confit was simply amazing as were the selection of pastries and fruit. Every single piece of fruit looked perfectly cut and tasted perfectly ripe. To the staff - You are the most lovely group of individuals who made this stay a true experience. Every single individual was lovely and beyond helpful. These individuals take customer service to the next level, I would go so far to say as it makes Four Seasons look lacking. Thank you so much for the hospitality and I look forward to returning and recommending this hotel to my colleagues, friends and family.

Our stay at Royal Mansour Casablanca was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with elegance and care. The food was outstanding, room service was quick and thoughtful, and the facilities were absolutely top-notch. The spa deserves a special mention – I tried the Indiba massage, which was incredibly rejuvenating, while my mother enjoyed a traditional hammam. They even have a beautiful relaxation room where you can unwind after treatments, making the experience even more luxurious. Every detail was impeccable, and we truly felt pampered throughout our stay.
