Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very comfortable and cozy, and the facilities were excellent. We appreciated the staff who made our stay all the more pleasant. Joseph was a great help for us and was always ready to Divya was the best part of our mornings! we appreciated her care and warm greeting every day. She helped us with planning our activities and made sure to even help us with the best ways to get there. Thank you so much!

Amazing hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. From the warm welcome at the reception to the friendly staff member who helped us with our luggage – everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The service went above and beyond our expectations. We can only recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. A special highlight: even after we had already checked out, the hotel kindly provided us with a room to rest before our flight. This thoughtful gesture made our journey much more relaxed and enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

This was my family's second stay at the Residence Inn and it was great again. The people and their service more than make up for the typical London sized rooms. Joseph was super helpful and made our check in and checkout incredibly smooth. Definitely recommend it to people looking for a longer stay as it has a kitchen and most equipment nearby with a Tesco superstore nearby for a quick grocery shop. The A/C and other equipment worked very well and the cleaning staff was very polite and understanding of our requests. Breakfast was also v tasty.

Highly recommend this hotel. The staff all extremely welcoming & friendly. I was especially impressed by Roberto & his staff in the Dining Room when we had breakfast. Every member of staff passed took every opportunity to extend pleasantries. Many thanks to Joseph for his assistance - very much appreciated. I stayed here with my family for 7 nights. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet at a convenient location to reach the main attractions. The room was good, even though there was some issues with the bathroom door. Great customer service, excellent room service and offers complimentary buffet breakfast which is amazing. Has a convenient store nearby if you want to buy something real quick. The hotel only has 2 lifts which means you might need to wait a bit longer to reach the desired floor! Overall had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodation in London.
