Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Stayed here for a meeting and had a great experience! The room was very comfortable, and I loved the bathtub (super relaxing. The hallway was quiet, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The location feels safe and peaceful. I didn’t get the chance to try the pool, but everything else was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for a relaxed holiday getaway. The multiple pools, quality of food and spacious rooms were great. But what makes it truly extra special is the hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone is just super friendly and truly go the extra step to make your experience amazing. Special shout out to the team at Steaksmith, for one of the best meals I've had. Can't wait to go back sometime; I wouldn't even want to try any other resort in Bali if the standard remains.

We just can’t get enough of this place! Every time we stay at the Renaissance in Nusa Dua, our kids have an absolute blast, my wife finds her ultimate relaxation, and that makes me one very happy man 😅. The food is always a highlight, breakfast in particular is outstanding, with something for everyone. As someone with coeliac, I’m always treated like a VIP, with plenty of safe and delicious options. What really makes the difference though is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and they do it with such effortless warmth and care. This hotel has magnificent surroundings and has become a special spot for our family, and we can’t wait to come back again!

It's a lovely resort, we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa which has our own plunge pool and beautiful view with greenery. The staff at the resort are all friendly and helpful. There are also a few restaurants that provide good l9cal and international cuisine. The highlight of our stay is at the R Bar and Toni, the creative, talented and fun Mixologist! We enjoy going to the bar to have a drink or 2 to unwind. When Toni is around, it is interesting to explore other type of cocktails create by him according to our taste. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and fun to be with. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a good time in bali and to visit the Rbar and explore the cocktails!!

Great service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and well-maintained—with a range of amenities. We especially appreciated the different pool options, including a dedicated kids' pool, and kids play area with different activities which was perfect for kids. The buffet breakfast was fantastic—varied and delicious. However, the overall dining options on the property felt limited. While Lion X, their Asian restaurant, truly stood out as a culinary highlight (easily the best dining experience on-site), lunch and dinner choices elsewhere within the resort were underwhelming. Fortunately, the resort offers free hourly shuttle services to Bali Collection, which has a wide variety of restaurants and shopping outlets to explore. This was a great workaround for the limited in-house dining. That said, the location felt quite isolated. Getting around required pre-arranging taxis, which restricted our ability to explore spontaneously. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the resort introduced shuttle services to nearby tourist spots and other Nusa Dua hotels—something several other 5-star resorts in the area already provide. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, but I’m not sure we’d return simply because of the location constraints. Still, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and don’t mind staying mostly within the resort.
