Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand

It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Right from the entrance one gets the feeling of grandeur. The design and also the rooms are quite impressive. We have especially to mention that the personnel was highly professional and very very kind and friendly, especially the restaurant personnel, Sonia especially kind and human. We felt like home actually. The breakfasts and dinners were quite diverse and tasty. We were lucky to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the party with Beirut vibes was extraordinary, the music and the atmosphere with the lights and the vibe were really unique. The location is really good, just 6 min from the airport and with the car in just 20 min from the city center. All in all we highly recommend it to everyone who stays in Muscat.

Our room was clean and wide. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and discreet. We particularly enjoyed delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall, our experience at the hotel was exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and a delightful dining experience made for an unforgettable stay. During my stay I had a wonderful experience at breakfast thanks to a Moroccan girl who provided exceptional service. She was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help in every way. Her kindness and warm attitude made every morning start on a positive note. A true example of great hospitality! Thank you for making our stay even better!

Exceptional. Arriving early after an overnight flight, we were hoping we could store our luggage and possibly have a shower before setting out to explore for the day. However after an hour we were provided with an early check in. This was amazing on behalf of the hotel and made such an improvement to our day. We could head out refreshed. We had a club room and went to the lounge for Happy Hour/s. This experience too, far exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and plentiful, the drinks were great however it was the service that made our evening. Shanta, and later her brother, were so welcoming and friendly. They both really looked after us and ensured we had a fabulous evening. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who worked together to provide such an amazing experience for us. Highly recommend and we'll definitely stay again when next we pass through.
