Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Seham from Customer Service – she was extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her assistance made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I would also like to appreciate Ms. Halemeh from Room Service for her outstanding work. The room was always spotless and perfectly arranged. Her attention to detail and friendliness were truly impressive. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and dedicated staff.

We had a truly lovely experience during our stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The booking included breakfast, which was a good touch fresh, varied, and thoughtfully prepared each morning. The hotel have good quality services and rooms. Cost is very good but the vest is the location near Nilo, close to Pyramids, Coptic cairo old museum and several other touristic places. Food was very good and we received good hospitality. They have a exchange. machine at the lobby and the gift shop was even very good. Bell boy Essam was very friendly and guide me.

My stay in the hotel was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Salah in restaurant was very welcoming in addition to Mr. Bshara. Mr. Hamda and Mr. Mena in the reception were also excellent. Halima of room services was wonderful. In general everybody were friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at Pyramisa Hotel in Cairo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the room lacked basic amenities such as an iron and a scale, and I had to request many things that should normally be available in a 5-star hotel. In addition, the fridge was not working only the light was on which caused my food to spoil. I hope management can improve the service and facilities to better match the hotel’s rating.
