Peninsula Worth Hotel Madinah

Lovely hotel, a 5 minute walk to Masjid Nabawi. Close to gate 336 which is near the ladies entrance. Great selection of shops and places to eat nearby. Rooms were fab. Took one star off as considering its a new hotel, the carpets are terrible stained with what looks like chai. This needs a good clean in my view. The issue is that most places to eat are jam packed after Isha, and there is barely any space to sit so people bring food back to their rooms. Would stay here again. Good selection of foods although drinks selection could be improved.

Stayed at this hotel for 8 days in August with family and elderly parents. This is a relatively new hotel with elegant, tasteful décor. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and kept very clean with regular housekeeping. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the service throughout was excellent. A special thanks to the housekeeping and serving teams (and the man who sorted out our reservation the night we arrived), especially the bellmen Yousuf Tanbir Hasan and Ahsan Habib Parvez, who went above and beyond in assisting my elderly parents with such care and kindness. The location is also ideal—just a 5-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Very close proximity to the Haram. Rooms are comforable and well maintained. The receptionist Hanin was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The staff at breakfast were helpful and attentive especially Jamshed. The staff have really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Worth Peninsula Hotel in Madinah (room 1332) Umrah and had a really pleasant experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. I received a VIP welcome with a beautiful basket of fresh fruit and a tray of nuts, and baklava, which was a lovely touch and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel smelled amazing they have a diffuser system that fills the whole place with a beautiful, refreshing fragrance. It created a calm, clean, and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were excellent from check in to housekeeping always friendly, polite, and eager to help. Special thanks to Nijam and Jamal 13th-floor housekeeping, who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. My room was well-equipped with plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, and towels everything was tidy and well maintained. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the breakfast. It needs improvement the variety was limited repetitive dishes like Lentil curry every day wasn’t no good. The egg station was always busy, with long queues and not enough staff to keep things moving. I’d rate the breakfast around 4/10. Overall, though, it was an excellent stay — clean rooms, great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and that lovely fragrance everywhere made it feel special. I’d definitely stay here again once the breakfast setup improves.

We stayed here as a family with kids — and honestly, it’s far from what the pictures and reviews promise. It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel. The only good thing: it’s clean. That’s it. There are only three sofas downstairs where guests are allowed to eat. Upstairs there are many empty tables, but you’re not allowed to eat there — only drink their own beverages. The coffee doesn’t even taste good. So if the downstairs area is full, there’s nowhere to go. The breakfast was a complete no-go. The cheese section was awful — as you can see in the photo, the cheese looked dry and old, like it had been sitting out all night, and that was the case every single day. We missed breakfast twice and asked if it was possible to get dinner instead — not even considered. No flexibility, no real service. Just a cold “no.” It’s all about appearance, not substance — a lot of marketing, but nothing like what’s advertised. Our kids wanted to eat small snacks in between meals, and even that wasn’t welcomed. If you value comfort, service, and common sense — spend €200 more and stay at a Hilton. At least there, you actually get something for your money.
