I really loved their property; I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, but their services disappointed us. During peak times, you should manage your buggies accordingly. Excellent property—for that reason, I'm giving 5 stars. You should offer everyone the entire habitat view so they can make reels and post them on social media for word-of-mouth publicity. However, I saw your staff were not interested in this, and your buggy driver dropped us off and didn't return to pick us up as promised. But anyhow, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. If I can overlook that point, everyone should visit and enjoy this kind of experience. I hope that after this review, they will start improving their services a little more.

The resort has very great views. The rock mountains surrounding are truly unique and beautiful. I love the swimming pool, it is different as it has a amazing scenery around. Actually, I did not stay here but I stayed in Caravan and we had the same access to this main resort. The staff are very nice and helpful.

I would like to thank all Habitas staff from the swiming pool for helping my father so fast and kindly afte he fell down there. Special thank to Dr Turki Ahmed that did a brillant job. Could not forget Joshua from the bar that was amazing with my family!

Hotel is ok. Nothing to die for. Banyan tree is much, much better. Now the service from the employees is horrendous. Ali in particular at the front desk, treated me and my husband like trash when walking in for the first time. We were quiet and waited around 10 mins until he finished hiding in the backroom. Never again. Total trash this hyped up place.

I stayed here for 3 nights. If I can choose again, I would go to the Banyan Tree hotel next door. The price is 5-star hotel level, but service and room is like a (at best) 3-star holiday inn experience. What was not great about my stay: - bathroom has a pungent smell - shower temperature no consistency and low water pressure - bad lobby concierge service - I would feel lucky if anything was followed thru - birthday celebration was not acknowledged If you are looking to book this hotel cause of the art installation and surrounding, you could just get a restaurant booking and experience it vs. a hotel stay. They simply don’t live up to the price point they charge for.
