Didn’t stay the night for obvious reasons. Lunch was good here though expensive, the price of 2 hotel night S per person at nearby beach hotel. Amazing views but they’ll want you to leave through the front as soon as you’re finished. Exclusive guests here prefer their privacy.

We stayed here to be out of Bali’s major centres and enjoy the nature. Our room was directly at the hotel's pool, which offered a great view of the jungle and water down below. It was great fun to roll out of bed and directly to the pool, which is how we spent our stay. However, noise is an issue here. The rooms are not insulated and you hear everything from the rooms on top - furniture moving, people walking around. This woke us up quite early throughout each night of our stay. Additionally, from their social media accounts, you can see that this hotel is (unfortunately) trying to attract a certain type of Instagram crowd that is not suited to the calm, tranquil location. We had two groups come through on our four-night stay - playing music, shooting content with a drone. That massively impacted the atmosphere. The hotel does have a very nice, well-equipped gym, which is a plus! But the music from the speaker they’ve provided carries through the whole facility - I would recommend they remove that. The massages provided here are also not up to the standard in other parts of the island - okay, but not great. The food is decent, nothing special but the fish and chicken burgers were good and the coffee as well. Strangely, you don’t receive new towels at all during your stay unless you ask - I would recommend they offer new towels at least every other day. In total, we enjoyed our stay and would consider to come back, but a few improvements could massively increase the value of the stay here. I also would not consider this a five-star hotel - important to note!

Awesome retreat, beautiful view and sunset, nice pool right ahead of the rooms, really good gym, good service, over average restaurant, alright massages, fair prices. Unfortunately all the rooms are build right next and on top on e.a. As a result you have a lot of noise especially from the bigger rooms on top of the deluxe rooms. All the luggage and services provided pass constantly by your room. And since everyone at the pool is right in front of your room hanging out, you hear them early in the morning. Btw. They have not enough sunbeds compared to the rooms, so that most days people reserved the few ones very early in the morning (7am) And the worst; Instagramers and Wannabes showed up more than one group, having loud music, party and drones flying around.

Location, people, facilities, room all great only thing what is really disappointed is the food, practically no Indonesian food...all twice the price of What it would cost somewhere else, breakfast very limited and expensive no coffee on the room. However everything else is great!

We booked this place because we wanted a retreat away from the noise and bustle of the city, closer to nature and its tranquility. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a large group of staff, which made for a great first impression. Our room had direct access to the hotel's pool, which offered a stunning, picturesque view. However, we were in very close proximity to other guests, and for this reason, I strongly recommend that Neano Escape consider making it an adults-only hotel. Unfortunately, even just one child can be quite disruptive in such a setting, especially when guests spend most of their time in the shared pool area. Another issue was the hotel's policy allowing guests to play loud music while using the gym. The sound carried throughout the entire hotel, making it impossible for me to relax and enjoy my massage in the spa, which is located very close to the pool's common area. I would suggest implementing social guidelines for these shared spaces, such as a friendly sign reminding guests to speak in low tones, avoid using speakerphone, and ensure that children do not scream excessively. Additionally, we had to request water and fresh towels via WhatsApp every single day, which is not what one expects from a five-star experience. A more seamless solution would be for the staff to proactively restock these essentials without guests having to ask repeatedly. If these improvements were made, I would not hesitate to return—and for an even longer stay.
