Narcissus Al Hamra Hotel Jeddah

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and the breakfast was very delicious. The service level in the restaurant was also high. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed, the Food Manager, for his professional service and high ethical standards. We felt as though we were at home.

It was my first time in Jeddah. There will be both travel and business meetings. That's why I came with a big family. We had the Hilton hotel in mind to make our vacation at the highest level, and we went there. We went and encountered a great deal of rudeness, insolence (after all, who are you?!) and rude behavior. When we were making a new choice, we came across this hotel and it caught our attention. We decided to check it out and we didn't regret it. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the two dear brothers who welcomed us with sincerity and deep respect at the registration desk.I express my deep gratitude to the manager, who always surrounds us with his attention and gestures, and is always interested in our satisfaction. I would like to thank the great, talented Arab brother who welcomed us at the hotel entrance and treated us to delicious Arabic drinks and sweets. If I had the power, I would appoint him as the head of the Hilton hotel. Let them learn to receive guests from artists. Finally, I thank all the staff. We are very good at distinguishing between good and bad. God willing, we will meet again.

I stayed for 2 nights at Narcissus hotel right before my first Umrah. I have to say this has been a best experience so far. The service has been excellent. Everyone has been very professional, welcoming and friendly. I felt at home and closest to God. The room service was extremely punctual and reception were understanding to all my requests. The pool is wonderful to enjoy a relaxing afternoon at and at night dinner under the moon was a most beautiful experience. Alhamdulillah to all the great employees who work at Narcissus hotel. Amazing hotel, very luxuriously designed. Very polite and helpful reception staff. Stay was great.
