Stuck between a Steak and a Rib Place at Mr. Tailor! Mr. Tailor is the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to. The atmosphere just feels right - inviting, laid back, and perfect for a great meal. The food here is the real deal. The steaks are perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, and the ribs are tender and smoky—just how they should be. And don’t skip dessert! The chocolate raspberry cake is an absolute treat. I tried it with a side of ice cream, and it was next-level good.

We were staying at the Rixos and had high expectations of this place due to our views on the hotel. Disappointed in the outcome to say the least, we had the cheapest options on the menu and still spent over 900 QAR. The steak came on a plate accompanied by a tiny sauce and nothing else, quality meat but still not worth the value. The surf and turf was well presented but the lobster was very chewy unfortunately. No children's menu but had high chairs available so we ordered the side of mac & cheese for our 1.5 year old. Service was very slow to say we were the only ones in the restaurant, the chef rang the bell for service 4 times before anyone appeared. A complimentary brioche bread (tasted like a croissant) and mini cheese bombs came to start which were a nice touch.

It was a good experience but I was expecting more of such a place honestly. The appetizers were nice but the portion was really small. We ordered Tomahawk that unfortunately was chewy and not tender and asked to be removed off the bill which was accepted by the manager.

Normal food, but nothing special This restaurant doesn’t worth special visit if you don’t live in the hotel, but it can be nice event to entertain you during your stay. There is a European menu with appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts. Everything is good, portions are normal size. There are wines by bottle/glass, liquors and cocktails as well. Staff is ok: not extremely attentive, but polite and smiley. Looks like they try to be friendly and caring.
