3 months agoI would like to take a moment to highlight the excellent service provided by MD Bill Khan. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean and well-organized. What stood out the most was his kindness and dedication to his work. He consistently went the extra mile to ensure my comfort, always greeting me politely and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. His positive attitude and strong work ethic truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and would like to thank him for contributing to such a pleasant and comfortable stay. I highly commend his work and hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

3 months agoA great choice for transit stays, with the biggest advantage being its location just 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel is quite far from the main city, but easy access to buses from the nearby airport makes commuting manageable. The breakfast buffet is decent but could be better, and there’s no regular lunch or dinner buffet, likely as most guests opt for dining out or room service. We tried in room dining due to extreme heat, and the food was good. The hotel is largely occupied by airline crew (over 80%), giving it a smooth, well managed feel. Overall: A very good and convenient option for a comfortable layover stay.

a month agoGreat hotel for a short stay or business trip, especially because it’s so close to the airport. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and professional, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. A special thank you to Chef Abdulaziz, Chef Mohammed, and Walid for their excellent hospitality and outstanding service. They made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

7 months agoOne of a kind hotel that I could say that amazing, from the lobby to the rooms, it was very clean and I felt very comfortable. I would like to thank the Executive Manager Mr. Subhash Rai for my comfortable stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend the hotel.

4 weeks agoThe hotel is good but located at an isolated place. Only option to get food is from the airport but temperatures make the 5 minute walk also a miserable one. KeeTa app delivers food And hotel provides shuttle to the city. But the 4hrs of time is not worth just for food. If you are a pilgrim or just a one day tourist then the shuttle is a good option. Coming to the hotel food. It's okok . I had the breakfast, it was 3.5 out of 5. Service was great. Quick amd prompt. The staff gets 10 on 10. Coming to the rooms. Most of them used to be connecting rooms which are now split into 2 rooms divided by a door which is not sound proof. Expect to hear the voices and TV sounds from the adjacent room. The gym is good though it feels a bit tiny, the equipment is good. (Please wash the yoga mat or add a new one). I appreciate the person who chose to get the cardio machines with inbuilt fan. It's a life safer amd helps a lot while cardio workout. Overall 7/10. I keep posting this question in all my Hotel reviews, WHY DON'T YOU LET THE RECEPTIONISTS SIT AT THEIR DESK, WHY DO THEY HAVE TO STAND CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THEIR SHIFT? PLEASE ARRANGE A CHAIR AND DESK..
