MIAS HOTEL

I had a wonderful stay at Mias Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Masjid Al-Nabawi, which makes it very convenient for prayers and visits. The front desk staff were amazing – welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The rooms are super clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, giving a modern yet cozy feel. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, Mias Hotel combines excellent hospitality, comfort, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madinah.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable — easily among the best I’ve stayed in. The location is perfect, just steps from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits. The overall service was excellent, with staff always ready to assist. The only thing I’d suggest is that the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming and accommodating, especially during check-in. A warm first impression makes a big difference. That said, everything else was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, good staff, well maintained, and EXCELLENT location! You're practically on the mosque premises. You could follow prayers right from the comfort of your hotel room in case you're running late and didn't want to miss any rak'ah. NOTE: (due to how quickly the mosque fills up, always make sure to leave the hotel 45 mins to an hour so you can secure a good spot at the masjid insha Allah). The PA system for calls to prayer (which also served as an alarm clock for us during Fajr prayers) and the designated prayer areas are literally about 20-40 feet right from the entrance to the hotel. So you can just head downstairs with your prayer mat and pray in front of the hotel if the mosque is at capacity (usually Fridays). Food: Breakfast, which is included, is pretty decent and comes with various options. As far as dinner is concerned, do yourself a favor and eat at the hotel. It's 70 SAR per person and it's buffet style. We tried a few corner restaurants during our first trip last year and weren't impressed and the other available options were fried foods, not for us. Right across from the hotel you can find a foreign currency exchange and a convenient store, among other stores. And for those of us looking to purchase souvenirs or gifts, the mosque is boxed in by shopping centers. So there's that convenience as well.

This is the hotel that made our stay so memorable in Madinah. With its close proximity to the grand mosque, it is hard to beat. The room, the service, the staff, the foods, whatever else you name it, were phenomenal. I would say it was our go to 4-star hotel in Madinah.

Great location, very close to Masjid Al Haram which was the highlight of our stay. Staff overall were friendly, and special thanks to Mohammad Riyad from room service who was extremely helpful and sincere. On the downside, the hotel doesn’t have a gym, and the late checkout policy needs improvement. We had informed reception the day before about a 3 pm checkout, but the next day were told we had to leave by 2 pm, despite check-in being at 4 pm and the hotel not being busy. This miscommunication was frustrating. Overall, it was an okay stay- excellent location and kind staff, but management needs better communication and flexibility.
