Mangata Lounge is in Almattal, with a beautiful view of the gulf from the first floor. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Faisal who served us during our visit. We started with Dynamite shrimp, which was very tasty and the right amount of spicy. For mains, we ordered the classic burger, chicken burger, Cajun chicken, and saffron risotto. The burgers were nice for their price. They replace. Tbd rice with steamed vegetables, which we appreciated. The saffron risotto, was ok, but the rice was a little bland, yet the shrimp cooked to perfection. We ended with Arabic coffee, which we enjoyed.

I had a fantastic dining experience. Ms. Cleo was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. The food was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place, and if you get Ms. Cleo as your server, you’re in for a treat!

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful scenery, very clean and love the design. I came here twice and would come again. The things I would hope to see improve next time - Service: for a place with not many customers (we were there with one other table, both times) the service was pretty slow - food presentation: they tend to present food at different times. So my food arrived 15 minutes before my partners food, both occasions. I either eat the food cold after I wait or we eat at separate times. Also drinks came way after food the second visit. - servers: very polite, but they need to check in more often to see if we need refills or other items. Also one female server had long hair that was down with no tie or anything to stop it from shedding on our food. Also it was extremely oily and unsightly. Hope this helps give feedback and help improve the place. I will come back! It's beautiful BEST DRINKS EVER!!!

Beautiful seaside ambience with great service and good food. The outdoor seating gets too hot in the morning, even for breakfast.The hot chocolate could use a stronger flavor.

Love the interior and outdoor seating space. Food was just average nothing too good. I loved the eggplant dip with the kibbeh. Staff was really friendly, but the service was slow. Our drinks arrived 10 mins after the food was served, which should not be the case.
