Logistic City Stars Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, rooms clean, swimming pool spacious and clean (just little bit crowded). For breakfast there is choices between Egyptian breakfast and continental, Nescafé, Turkish coffee and juice included in price. They have also amazing Egyptian sweets. Definitely worth staying.

i stayed here for 6 nights.. my stay was very good, everyone was super friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped.. also furniture was good and beds very comfortable! Bravo!

The worst part was the room access cards that reset every 2 days which is so inconvenient when getting back late at night, same for the WiFi credentials. 2 very slow lifts so getting to the 7th floor felt like waiting for an Uber. Room wasn't cleaned for 2 days although asked for that, not even toilet paper replaced (1 roll at a time). The hotel was booked as part of a 6-day circuit by the tour operator. Definitely not a 5*, more like a 2-3* in European standard (is the Sheraton a Palace?) The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is courteous with limited English.

I had to come back here and change my rating from five starts to only two starts because it used to be my favorite place to stay every time I visited Egypt but now by far became not worth it since they are under a new management who is not doing anything to please their visitors. Believe it or not you can’t now order food or bring food from outside the hotel, they are forcing their visitors to buy food from their restaurant. But what if I want to try something else after a long day and I want to sit and watch my TV while I am eating the food I like. This also not counting the new rude staff who doesn’t care also . I moved cross street after I spent two nights there to another hotel , yes it’s more expensive but at least they treat their visitors better.
