Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals

I am staying in Levatio Suite. Overall Excellent experience to stay. The services are outstanding. The location is ideal. Super markets ans mall everything is very nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all required appliances. The most important is staff, all are very welcoming, pleasant and cooperative. Especially the guy, *Mr. Noman* , really appreciated his effort to make our stay comfortable and provided good service even in the midnight time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I just have to give a special mention to Romina at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing excellent recommendations and answering all our questions with a smile. Her exceptional customer service truly made a difference, and it’s clear she cares deeply about the guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a fantastic stay. Five stars all around!

I have been staying at Levatio Suites since 2.9 years now. I have got really good experience so far. The facilities are good, staff is friendly and courteous. View from my apartment is just amazing, it gives you a flavor of beautiful Oman city. Many coffee shops, Hypermarket & other amenities are at walking distance. Mall of Oman, Avenues Mall & Muscat Grand Mall are just 5 minutes drive from the hotel. I will surely recommend my friends to use their services whenever needed.

**Excellent Housekeeping Service by Mohammed Ripon!** I recently stayed at Levatio Suites Muscat and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding housekeeping service provided by **Mohammed Ripon**. He was extremely professional, attentive, and detail-oriented, ensuring that my room was always spotless and well-maintained. His dedication to his work and friendly attitude truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly appreciate his hard work and commitment to providing excellent service. Levatio Suites is lucky to have such a great team member! I highly recommend this hotel, and I sincerely thank Mohammed Ripon for his exceptional service.

Check in and check out process was quick. But the guest services/housekeeping was non existence. I called them 3 times asking for a cloth rack and was promised it will come a.s.a.p but it was not delivered. Just left me waiting in the room for many hours unnecessarily. Also, I paid for late check out but reception did not note this and deactivate my room card. Room need deep cleaning/maintenance too. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
