I stayed with my mother for two nights during a work trip to Casablanca and had a great experience. The location was perfect, especially for Indrive users. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, including options for those with allergies or diabetes. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our last night; delicious food and lovely service. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was quite good. The hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment with well-maintained rooms. The reception staff was welcoming and professional and very kind especialy Salma . They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and were always availaible. Their friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable.

I spend a night. They gave me 216 room which ac is very hot . And i have a very early wakeup up call. I called them to check and they said its working but they could not do anything. Its really hot and I coukd not sleep while usually I didnt even like cold temperature. The maintenance told me there is no other room available for me to change. Very bad service while I could not even rest here. So I called the reception and they give me room next to mine. Lady in the breakfast that worked as a waitress is rude. But the security in the front door is the most nicest and friendly.

The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable — felt like they were hand-stuffed with random sponge lumps, kind of like sleeping on a rocky road. The pillows weren’t any better. The toilets were clean, but so worn out that they looked like a public restroom at first glance. Customer service was really disappointing. Room service staff were quite rude and snapped back whenever we asked for anything. Even the doorman had a negative attitude and wasn’t helpful at all.
