Le Méridien New York, Fifth Avenue

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien New York, Fifth Avenue back in early August. The location is truly unbeatable—right on Fifth Avenue in the heart of Manhattan, which made it easy to explore the city’s shopping, dining, and iconic sights all within walking distance. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp linens, and I really appreciated the stylish décor touches like the artistic wall design and ambient lighting. The bathroom was sleek and spotless, with a great rainfall shower and a well-lit vanity—perfect for winding down after a busy day in the city. The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything from check-in to small requests throughout my stay was handled smoothly and with care. Overall, my stay delivered the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend Le Méridien New York, Fifth Avenue to anyone visiting Manhattan, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to returning on a future trip.

After booking our room we were given such GREAT support from Oswaldo. We needed to make sure our rooms are across from each other and he was so kind in getting us the best locations and we now do not need to worry about our kids in the room. Thank you for having such great people!! Cannot wait!!

We stayed for a a few nights here and had a very positive experience. The location is good, as it is easy to spot and the 5th ave entrance allows for very good mobility. The best part about staying here were the kind and welcoming doormen and front desk staff. They were absolutely amazing and over-the-top friendly. The room, although a bit cramped, was very nice and clean. Do keep in mind that the bathroom has no door, leaving the glass shower out in the open, which does pose a bit of a difficulty when staying with others.

I stayed here for a work trip. I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, who recognized that I only drank decaf coffee and made sure to leave enough pods in my room, and the friendliness of the doormen, who remembered my name. However, the rooms are extremely small, with the bathroom in my “Le baine” suite being almost as large as the rest of the room. The HVAC unit was also incredibly loud (and woke me up during the night). Overall, I was comfortable during my stay, but would probably opt for other accommodations in the future.

The doorman in front was so friendly!! But other than that, I’d say the cleaning service was not clean when they cleaned my room. They didnt bother to vacuum the room once in a while. The bathroom in the room has no doors, so when you walk in, you can see someone taking a shower, which is very strange for a hotel with a good reputation. To be honest, I expected more because it is Le Meridien.
