We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. We especially want to highlight the lovely Hatice – she was very friendly, helpful, and incredibly empathetic. She truly made us feel welcome. During breakfast, Hatice entertained us with her kind and warm personality. She always checked in to make sure everything was okay and spoke to us in German, which made the experience even more personal. The hotel is also in a great location – there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. We would definitely come back!

Everything about the hotel was great – delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Mr. Orkun, the doorman, who was always kind and helpful. He assisted me several times with getting to my room and handling my luggage, and his warm attitude and kind words made me feel cared for from the moment I entered the hotel. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

The hotel is very luxurious and upscale. The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are extremely clean and quite comfortable. There is an excellent breakfast buffet with a variety of cold and hot food options. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable and safe whilst staying at La Quinta by Wyndham in Istanbul.

The customer service was excellent this time around at La Quinta! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were 2 particular staff that stood out however and I would like to name them. During breakfast at the dinning room Hatice and Sila stood out with exceptional customer skills in eye contact and a big smile! The skill of these two was consistent day in and out. La China should clone these women as their professionalism and warm personality is top tier! I looked forward to seeing them daily, especially their smiles. Their customer service skills are enough to make one vacation just to return. The overall experience was unforgettable. The city and culture is beyond expectation. The food was excellent and healthy beyond measure. I appreciate Istanbul in so many ways and will return. Thank you!!!!

The staff is very friendly but this is nothing even similar to what a 5 star hotel is. I don't know why they are trying to say they're a 5 star when it's not even close to what a 5 star hotel is- I would give this property 3 stars... 3. 5stars max. The only reason why I stayed here is because the group booked it. I can't say that their breakfast buffet has plenty of options and their spa area is lovely. But the rooms need some deep cleaning and the tiny bathrooms are a disgrace. All of the showers are very small and when I requested a room that had a bigger shower or tub they had a difficult time finding a room because all of the rooms had the same small bathroom. The temperature control was not working in my room and when maintenance came to fix it, I'm not sure he actually did anything. The refrigerator was not working in my room and maintenance open the door and immediately said that it was fine ( Yet I had juice that had been in the refrigerator for more than a day still sitting room temperature inside).
