Kempinski Nile Hotel, Cairo

Such a lovely hotel and the stay has been really amazing! I went as a family holiday to Cairo with my brother and mother. Both of the rooms has been beautiful, I got a suite for my mother and myself, it's been lovely sleeping, the rooms are very clean and has luxury touch all over as well as other parts of the hotel. The service, the staff has been most attentive in helping and very polite and courteous. I highly recommend to opt for the breakfast options, it is amazing and those fresh juices are heaven. They are very hygienic in the breakfast so far what I have experienced and I have a sensitive stomach so I am good judge in judging the food. Location is perfect, very secure and the view of the Nile river and the city looks really good. I cannot emphasis anymore about this hotel, it's a gem! The video is the view from their gym which you can also see from your rooms depending on where you stay.

I had my wedding here this week and everything was beyond exceptional. The service, the hospitality, the way in which they decorated my room. Everything was 10/10. Mahmoud and Gamal at front desk were exceptionally kind and my husband and I will be sure to come back as this place now holds such beautiful memories for us.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, friendly staff and so professional and always going above to make sure there customers have a great stay. food was lush and the roof top pool was just nice chilling and over looking the city. This is one of the top hotels in Egypt and wow that’s all I can say. Would highly recommended this hotel and definitely will come back in a flash.

I recently stayed at the Kempinski Nile Hotel in Cairo twice during my trip (before and after a Nile cruise) and overall had a very good experience. Pros: - Excellent location in Cairo, close to key sights. - Very clean throughout, with comfortable beds. - Great breakfast with a good variety. - Staff were consistently friendly and helpful — when I thought I had lost my passport, the team acted quickly and efficiently to help me. - On our first check-in, the hotel was quiet and we were kindly upgraded to a suite free of charge. Cons: - Some areas of the hotel (such as carpets) are starting to look a little tired. - Showers in the bathtubs are wall-fixed; handheld options would add comfort. - A few communication hiccups — for example, we had requested to be on the same floor for both stays and this was confirmed by the reception team, but the note was not passed on and we were placed on different floors the second time. - On one checkout, our luggage was taken from the room but left in the hallway upstairs rather than brought down to the lobby, which caused a bit of a scramble before our taxi left. Overall, I very much enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others visiting Cairo, especially for its location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

This place is amazing! Wow! The location is perfect and the rooms and service are top of the line. I love spending time on the rooftop and enjoying the pool and the view. Our server, Naomi, is amazing and went above and beyond for us. I will definitely be back!
