I had a wonderful experience at Jumeirah Hotel and Restaurant in Global. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent, and the brunch experience stood out—absolutely delicious and well-organized. Overall, a truly enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

Everyone was exceptionally courteous during our stay. This trip was to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alexandra, the guest relations executive, went above and beyond to ensure my child was happy—and she indeed was. Getting to the location was straightforward, and I must say, it is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the sunset by the beach. We opted for the private cinema package and the teenager's club option, which my kids adored. Upon arriving at our room, my daughter stumbled upon a birthday cake, balloons, and lovely decorations by the bed, including a plushie! Also, the room was quiet, with no nearby slamming doors or noisy neighbors. We chose the half-board option and dined at an Italian restaurant. The menu featured various options, and everything we tried, from the starters to the desserts, was outstanding. The following day, we went for breakfast, and, as expected, the choices were excellent and delicious. To my daughter’s surprise, the staff sang the "Happy Birthday" song, which made her incredibly happy. On our arrival day at the teens' club, they asked us to come by the following morning for a surprise. They had prepared another cake, which was a wonderful gesture. My wife visited the spa for a massage that was so good it put her to sleep! Meanwhile, I enjoyed the indoor pool and steam bath on the men's side of the gym and spa. We must mention that upon arrival and departure, we listened to a skillful Violinist who created the perfect ambiance in the lobby. We left super happy, and we will be back in the future Thanks

The hotel is overall amazing, but it’s so far away from everything where you can’t order through apps and nothing is available at the hotel as there are no shops. For example we wanted tan oil or sunscreen they dont have and the nearest place is literally 20 kl away. Also for transportation you have to order a taxi 30 minutes before planning to leave which is not convenient. I recommend that they have to provide other shops in the same hotels and fix the transportation issue.

Although the hotel is bit of a distance from city it's ideal place for relaxing for 3 or 4 days.Its swimming pool is brilliant with lots of facilities for children also . The beach is also excellent. The steam room I found was excellent as it also had a ice water tub which refreshed you after using it and found it most relaxing. Only slight quibble is need to improve on more vegetarian options.

Extremely disappointing experience for a hotel that claims to offer luxury. I booked a sea view suite and was given a room facing the parking lot with only a partial sea view. I understand it was a busy weekend, but the hotel failed to meet the basic expectation of honoring the booking. On top of that, we were woken up early in the morning by loud tree cutting — completely unacceptable in a place meant for relaxation. At night, hotel vehicles constantly passed by our room, honking and disturbing our children’s sleep. After raising these issues with the front desk, we were offered a complimentary dinner — only to arrive and find no staff present. We waited over 15 minutes trying to get someone’s attention. Even the cinema session was poorly managed, as the snacks we ordered never arrived. I shared detailed feedback with the hotel management but received no response at all, which clearly shows a lack of care or professionalism. This was a frustrating and unsatisfactory stay. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
