We stayed here April 6-11, 2025. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and made all effort to communicate in our language, English. Somehow, the first assigned waiters and housekeeper stayed with us our entire stay which was pleasant and comforting. The suite, restaurants, Bar, Club and other facilities were lovely, well maintained, clean and comfortable. The views toward the Bosphorus from our Suite and the City Lights Bar were awe inspiring especially at sunset and in the evening with the Asia side of Istanbul full of lights. Get a Suite and relax in your soaking tub, viewing the Bosphorus and enjoy watching the World go by!

I’ve stayed at over five different 4-5 star hotels in Istanbul, and I can confidently say that this one is by far my favorite. This trip to Istanbul, even for us city living people who travel abroad and to Middle East/ Europe frequently, has not been an easy one. The exceptional service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail have truly set this experience apart. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff at the Intercontinental Hotel go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. A special mention to the shift manager on duty Friday night, Vultan, who truly stood out with the incredible amount of time, patience, and care he dedicated to us. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality, and we are incredibly grateful for the comfort and memories we will make while here. The rooms are pristine, the breakfast is exceptional, and we look forward to it every morning. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we want to explore.

It’s not often that every single encounter with hotel staff feels so personal and kind, but at the Intercontinental Istanbul, that was our daily reality. A special mention must go to the wonderful housekeeping team who kept our room in perfect condition, the front desk staff for their kindness and attentiveness, the charming doormen who greeted us each day with such warmth, and finally, the lovely breakfast staff we had the pleasure of seeing each morning—they truly helped us start our days on a high note. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We loved the Intercontinental hotel in Istanbul! We had a junior suite which was absolutely beautiful and on the 28th floor giving us great views!! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very well serviced! The club lounge was fantastic with very creative items to sample! Tea time they brought beautifully created small little bursts of joy and happy hour had a nice buffet! The location was fantastic… close to the metro and Taxim square which is a wonderful area to walk. Several small markets close by, lots of restaurants and shops! Great staff throughout the hotel. Internet is very fast! Beautiful pool. I can’t say enough about this place!

I think it was a BEAUTIFUL hotel. The lobby is absolutely GORGEOUS and luxurious. The room we got was absolutely huge. It was much cheaper than expected as well. Granted we got a jacuzzi suite with a view. But the bathroom was huge, AND THERE WAS TWO!! The living room was so big you could most definitely have friends over for longer stays. They even decorated the room beautifully for our mini honeymoon stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul. (I do think they could update furniture a bit. It seemed somewhat old. And I think room service was not very good quality. But the stay was so nice I really cannot give less than 5 stars)
