Our 4 night stay here was absolutely brilliant. We had just come off a 10-night Egyptian cruise and relaxed in our luxurious deluxe suite with club lounge access. All the staff in the lounge are fabulous and the most curtious staff we have come across. From breakfast, high tea and cocktails, service levels are right up there with the best in the business. Club access gives speedy service to room repairs to checking out. I can keep going on about this property, like direct access to a 600+ shopping mall without stepping outside. Everything is here for your convenience… Fantastic stay

Fantastic location right next to Citystars Mall—super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. During my recent visit to Cairo, I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Citystars Cairo, and I must say it was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and effortless. Their professionalism and friendliness immediately made me feel welcome and at home. I stayed in a spacious, beautifully designed room with modern décor, comfortable bedding, and excellent amenities. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything was perfectly organized throughout my stay. One of my favorite moments was waking up to a stunning city view right from my window — a perfect way to start the day. The hotel’s facilities are truly impressive. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing, the fitness center is fully equipped, and the restaurants offer an incredible selection of international and Egyptian cuisine. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location. Being directly connected to the Citystars Mall, I had access to endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options within walking distance, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my stay at InterContinental Citystars Cairo was luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable. The excellent service, top-notch facilities, and prime location make it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely love to return on my next trip to Cairo.

Fantastic stay in Heliopolis or New Cairo We stayed here for a few days with my family and loved it! The rooms were really big (we had like more of an apartment than a hotel room), the pool was FANTASTIC and it is so close to everything. We loved the private access to the mall really useful! Overall a great stay I would highly recommend this hotel. Note I had been here a few years ago (so this was my second stay in this hotel) and left with the same feeling, so in fact the hotel remain really great! Highly recommended by us!

While the hotel itself is nice and most of the staff were friendly and helpful, I was really disappointed with this particular experience. Last night, we were informed that the TV and Wi-Fi in my room were not working, and maintenance was only available from 9 to 11 AM. We spent the entire night without these basic amenities. Even after reporting it to the reception in the morning, it wasn’t fixed until late afternoon. For a 5-star hotel, this level of service and delay is unacceptable.
