A fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly staff! They upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has a playful, cheerful design. Room service was excellent—very prompt, and the food (we tried the chicken nuggets and the jambon sandwich) was delicious. On top of that, they also upgraded our breakfast for free, which was such a kind gesture. I’ve heard they offer massage services as well, and I’m planning to check that out soon. The lobby even has a small snack shop, which is super convenient for any last-minute needs. Overall, the price was very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Highly recommend staying here!

Good location. Staff are very nice and friendly, they give you full assistance when you need. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant has great options on the menu for very affordable prices. Definitely recommend this place!

Horrible. Our medicines were stolen from the room and the recepcionists just ignored us, they weren't able to get in touch with our clinic, even if they have a transportation service with this clinic. It is far from the city centre and the room carpet is so dirty. Low quality breakfast, cold pool water... I find it hard to believe this hotel has been rated 5 stars.
