Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel

I had a wonderful 2-night stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. A special shout-out to Abdelhamid, the lifeguard at the pool. He was so professional, friendly, and attentive, always making sure guests felt safe and comfortable while enjoying the pool. His warm attitude really made our stay extra enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

I have an issue first regarding the room smell was heavy smoking then I was met by Jano at the Guest relation desk who go beyond the imagination to assist me she assign a beautiful room and send for us special fruits and was really kind. I would like to recommend that hotel because of the great service I found from Jano! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of varieties!

Clean and luxury hotel but rooms needs to be renovated. Service was amazing. Foods, other things were very nice. I will prefer this when I come Egypt again

During my recent stay at the hotel, I received a call from the management office and was informed that the cleaning lady had accidentally broke my perfume bottle. They were willing to compensate me for the item however, they made sure that I am aware that the cleaning lady will bare the cost of the perfume which will likely be more than the cleaning lady's monthly salary. I decided to forgive the cost for the item however, it left me feeling disappointed that a hotel of this stature would resort to such punitive measures towred their employees.
