Haymarket Hotel

We stayed at the Haymarket Hotel in August for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located - just a short walk to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, and other major attractions. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were attentive and extraordinary, remembering our names, our meal preferences, and even offering thoughtful suggestions for activities tailored to what we enjoy. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with the wait staff showing the same warm attentiveness. Traveling with family, including our 12-year-old, we were touched by the little details - like the ice cream voucher he received, which he happily enjoyed. These personal touches made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend the Haymarket Hotel for anyone visiting London - it’s the perfect blend of comfort, location, and exceptional service.

Great hotel. Location was perfect for what we were doing downtown. Easy to get to the attractions we needed. Pubs, Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace and Churchills War Room. Fun fact - best hotel shower ever, great pressure was like a firehose. Bar was great, grabbed beers every night we got back.

Today I was caught in the rain without an umbrella with my fiancee, and took shelter in a nearby doorway overhang. One of the hotel employees saw us and came out to give us an umbrella. Sadly, didn't catch his name. To be clear, we were not even guests there. But if that's how they treat random passersby, I'm sure guests must have a good time.

We just experience the very best staying at the Haymarket hotel! They were so kind, lovely, welcoming and on top of each and every detail. The rooms were incredibly well decorated with so much love and attention to detail. Thank you to all Of you! We will be back!

What a lovely hotel! We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary here - we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a huge suite, it was the perfect location to get around London (5 mins walk to Piccadilly tube). All staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there and willing to help. We didn’t get to use the pool or eat at the restaurants due to other plans but would definitely go back!
