Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel with our three little kids. Everything was above and beyond perfect - the staff were helpful, kind, and so many little touches like giving our kids cookies the moment we arrived and always saying hi with a smile. The room was gorgeous and new and so luxurious, the room service was delicious and the pool was a delight. It was a perfect stay and we can’t wait to go back!!

We sometimes stop there for a drink in the bar. Very good Service and attentive staff. However the atmosphere is not cosy. Very large room shared with a restaurant/high English tea. Somehow this doesn't mix well. I haven't seen much of an atmosphere either. Very delicious big olives and snacks to go with the drinks. Quite a nice touch. The entrance of the hotel is stunning. One day I would like to stay in the hotel.

The Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square is without doubt an impressive building – both outside and inside. The grand façade and opulent lobby set the tone as soon as you arrive. Staff were warm and welcoming, making the first impression a positive one. The interior is spacious and quiet, with a mix of guests enjoying afternoon tea, casual drinks, or dining. It feels calm and refined, though at times perhaps a little too subdued – there was no soft background music, which meant the atmosphere lacked a bit of life. A small detail I noticed was that dirty plates were left on the side for longer than expected in a five-star setting – something that could easily be improved to match the otherwise high standard. Overall, it’s a beautiful and elegant hotel in a fantastic location by Tower Bridge, worth a visit for the architecture and service. A lovely spot, but with a little more attention to ambience and detail, it could truly shine.

Beautiful hotel and great service for our group but I must be honest the 5% surcharge to assist them in covering employee wages left a very sour taste in our mouths when checking out. Would never have expected this sort of nickel and diming from a 5 star such as this. To be fair I’m not sure what’s happened to the company that they are in such dire straits to require this assistance from their guests but I imagine it must be quite bad. Otherwise a lovely 3 night stay. Thank you to the staff.

The hotel is in a great location for tourists, which is why I chose it. However, I was surprised and disappointed to see a service charge added to the room rate. That’s not typical, and frankly, it doesn’t make sense, the cost of the room should already cover standard services. What’s more confusing is that they claim the service charge is to help pay staff wages. Isn’t that what the room price is for? As a guest, I shouldn’t be responsible for covering employee salaries on top of the advertised rate. It feels like an excuse to inflate the price after booking, and it left a negative impression despite the good location. The service charge demands are getting OUT OF CONTROL !!!!!!
