Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca

This hotel provided my family and I the best service and experience! Mana was amazing and the absolute sweetest! She came over to us at breakfast to ask how everything was and while we were sitting there she had already taken care of our rooms and items. The management team here is top tier and could train the American staff on exemplary service! We will come back to this Four Seasons location if nothing more than to enjoy their hospitality!

Wonderful as expected! The staff is attentive, polite and professional. The food at the pool bar/restaurant, and room service, was all great. The views from the lobby and center of the hotel are impressively beautiful. When a couple of things did not meet expectations, the very delightful hotel manager jumped in and made things right, above and beyond our expectations. Shukran!

I didn't stay at the Four Seasons, I only had breakfast during Ramadan. Breakfast: The service was unparalleled, each staff member on the floor was attentional to my requests. They all over delivered. Food: I ordered Benedictine eggs which were okay, but not excellent... The buttery sauce didn't have that buttery taste that I would expect. The coffee was okay, while I was expecting excellent... I didn't have that rich taste that I would expect. Staff: The staff made me feel special and important. I could feel there was a determination to be fully present for me from them.

The access to the beach was the best! The pool and yard was beautiful. Loved being greeted with a smile and Moroccan tea. My room wasn't the cleanest however and there was nothing stocked in my mini bar. Very comfortable bed!

Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Casablanca was an overall excellent experience. The hotel exudes luxury, from its beautifully designed rooms to its attentive and professional service. The ocean views are stunning, and the dining options offer high-quality cuisine with fresh ingredients. Every detail of the stay felt polished, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. However, one significant oversight was the lack of clear communication regarding the hotel’s alcohol policy. We were not aware that the hotel does not serve alcohol, and only found out when we attempted to order a drink at the bar. A staff member then suggested we try Kube, the hotel’s hookah lounge, only for us to arrive and find it closed for a private event. At this price point, I would expect better coordination among staff to ensure guests are given accurate information about available amenities. Despite this minor frustration, the Four Seasons Casablanca remains a fantastic choice for those looking for luxury and comfort. A bit more proactive communication from the staff would make the experience even better.
