Evelyn’s Table is an intimate, Michelin-starred chef’s counter hidden beneath The Blue Posts pub in Soho, London. Seating just 12 guests around a sleek marble bar, the restaurant offers a seasonal five-course tasting menu that blends British ingredients with Japanese and European influences.
Led by Head Chef Seamus Sam, the experience is as much about storytelling and craftsmanship as it is about flavour. Diners are seated directly in front of the open kitchen, engaging with the chefs as each dish is prepared and explained in a theatrical, cellar-like setting.
Refined yet approachable, Evelyn’s Table provides a unique fine-dining experience in one of London’s smallest and most immersive culinary spaces—where every detail, from the food to the wine pairings, is deeply considered.
