Review: I had an amazing experience at the breakfast buffet! The variety of options was impressive—everything from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order omelets. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished, ensuring that every dish was at its best. A special thank you to Naeem, our server, who provided outstanding service. I had a truly wonderful time at the InterContinental Dar Al Tawhid hotel. The hotel is incredibly luxurious and has a royal heritage, making you feel as if you've stepped into a palace. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are extremely helpful and provide the highest level of service. I particularly enjoyed the live cooking station in the restaurant, which added a delightful touch. The food selection was extensive, and the quality was exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Mohamed Saraj for his warm welcome. He was very professional and helpful. Additionally, the hotel provided us with special prayer socks, which was a thoughtful gesture

We are currently staying at this hotel and are utterly disappointed by the staff and service. It is Ramadan and at 7am right above our room they started drilling work with extremely loud disturbing noises. When we called to complain they lied and said it is coming from outside and they can’t do anything about it. We literally told them it’s coming from inside. They then said oh yes it’s coming from inside but we can’t do anything about. For hours in Ramadan we had to deal with these loud drilling noises and not get any sleep. We are paying more than $1000 a night for this room and this is the service we are getting. Yes the location of this hotel is amazing but the people are not nice. I have a video of how loud the noises were if they would like to see. After complaining we also got no change of room or any service expected from a 5 star hotel. Think twice before staying here.
