The rooms were immaculate, the facilities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special mention must go to Pammy, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism, genuine care, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs made a remarkable difference. Pammy has a natural way of making you feel not just like a guest, but like a valued part of the hotel family. I enjoyed my stay very much. I come here for business twice a year, and this is my second time staying here. I find it overall very reliable. loved my city view room on the top floor. I was taken care of by Ali outside and he was outstanding. The only concern I had was with breakfast when the order I requested (tea and eggs 5 min) never showed up - the manager apologized and took care of the situation so it was fine. I will likely stay here again because it is dependable, service oriented, and the rooms are clean and always comfortable. No frills just perfect and clean, and room service is always good.

This is such an exceptional hotel. Location, room, quiet, the beds and bedding were second to none. I had a health incident during our trip and the staff at this hotel went so far above and beyond to help us I was really blown away. The service and the staff were beyond excellent. The size of the hotel was such that you really felt like you had personal service and attention. I would give a 10++ if I could.

THE BEST HOTEL IN LONDON and let me tell you why… I forgot two very valuable watches of mine at the hotel and left the country and when I called the hotel to check they confirmed that they had them and kept them safe with their security office!! Their honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness of the entire team from housekeeping to security to front desk is something to be applauded for!! This incident proved to me that this hotel is the place to stay in when coming to London!! And of course their hospitality and overall service throughout our stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the garden view is so beautiful! Thank you again

I stayed for 8 nights and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in London. The reception team were all exceptionally friendly and professional – I especially remember Pami, who helped me with check-out, but honestly everyone I met was just as great even if I can’t recall all their names. The concierge team also stood out – especially Gabriel and Dola, who were the last ones I met, but again the whole team showed the same warmth, patience, and care, especially with families and children, which is very rare to see in London hotels. The housekeeping and room service were excellent too – very consistent and professional every single day throughout my stay. I had stayed here back in 2009 when it was still the Metropolitan, and I can say it is now much better than before. Truly outstanding service, and I hope the management continues to maintain this high standard. If you agree with me, you can also press 💚
