a month agoVery nice hotel with fantastic service from the front desk to the bellhops to the concierge to the restaurants. Our room was a little weird that the shower was open to the living area and not partitioned off. Great location in proximity to many major attractions as well.

2 months agoPlace are well-maintain.Reception Staffs are respectful.. Only that, I know taxi white Infront of the hotel has nothing to do with the hotels, but I wish the management can do something about it since they're parking Infront of the hotel. Most of them are abusive , most likely a scam for asking TOO MUCH PRICE from the passengers from the hotel. And why they're ANGRY when the passengers choose another service from outside or not from them? It is our rights to choose which one we wants to ride.Why are they fighting with the taxi driver we want to take? They are blocking the taxi we are taking. And this is one of the stains of the Barcelo hotel. This will affect your business.For me or in my opinion, if I were the hotel management, I would make some rules for these taxi drivers..give our hotel clients the freedom to choose what they want. After all, you can't control their excessive charging of passengers! Your hotel staff standing outside helps you get a taxi, but it's like they're pushing a person to eat a crocodile because the fare they're asking is too high. THIS MUST STOP.
